Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:

2. 3 Weeks Subscription
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your 3-week subscription within 48 hours of the initial charge to receive a full refund.
Refund Request: Please reach out to our support team within this 48-hour window to process your request.
3. 1 Month Subscription
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your 1-month subscription within 48 hours of the initial charge for a full refund.
Refund Request: Contact our support team within this timeframe to initiate your refund.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for a refund to be eligible, please ensure that:
1. The subscription was purchased within the last 24 hours (for 1-week) or 48 hours (for 3-week and 1-month).
2. The subscription is not past the allowed refund date/time.
3. We do not refund subscriptions based on lack of user engagement or activity on the app, such as no activity posted in your area or low member engagement.
4. Refunds will not be granted due to issues with cell phone provider networks, spam filters, or slow loading speeds.
5. We cannot process refunds if the cell phone number has changed or if there has been a provider change.
6. You have followed the cancellation instructions prior to the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any subscription that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
